il melograno is coming

I’m pleased to hear that Westgarth Village will soon welcome Il Melograno – gelato, granita and pasticceria with a slow foods, real ingredients feel. The gelato chef is Marco Enea, a third generation gelataio from Palermo, who plans to use Australian fruit in season – and no gluten or preservatives. Look out for Carl Fodera’s Il Melograno, which should open in June…
