Really excited by Alicia Hannah Naomi’s contemporary jewellery today. On display as part of ‘Allegory’, the graduate show for Whitehorse Jewellery 2013. Beautifully worked sterling silver and hand cast, hand dyed crystal resin. Dark, cruel, spare and asymetric. I’d wear it all (obviously) but my favourite pieces are the Ablation earrings, Serac ring and the Arete Pendant. Not suprisingly, Alicia won the ‘Outstanding Overall Student’ award. At No Vacancy Gallery QV until 17 November.
