polly hollyoak : simulacrum at play 2 @ off the kerb gallery

Polly Hollyoak’s paintings are suffused with colour, pattern and abstraction – all that is left after repeated editing and cropping. Reminiscent of the glossy advertising that is so prevalent in today’s world. They are beautiful and sinuous, but also slightly unsettling. “Form on Form : Simulacrum at Play 2” opened at Off The Kerb on August 30. Find it in the upstairs gallery space until September 13.
