Here I am on a wintry night in Northcote, with hands full of solar light bricks. Now available at Wake Up On Earth.

  2. My husband was trying to market similar LED lighting – many applications. He left after 4 years – about 4 years ago. We had some of the bricks [not like those you are showing] on our balcony but by now they only blink at night – their solar charge seems to have malfunctioned or the LEDs. Hope improvements will finally make it easier for customers to get behind these.

artinstructor: I’m sorry to hear that. The product I’m holding is designed by people who have significant experience in the eco lighting market, and have been involved in many successful projects. I’m hoping these will be equally successful.

  4. These look amazing, how long does the charge last?

Flood light Man: They are amazing! You can use them at 50% (6 LEDs) or 100% (12LEDs), they are shockproof, weatherproof and lightweight. If you have a six pack of these, running time is 5-7 hours at 100% , or 10-14 hours at 50%. If you use singly, 30+ hours at 100% or 60+ hours at 100%. They remain charged for months, making them ideal emergency or occasional use lights. For more info, contact wakeuponearth.com
