can tree

This tree also contains a bell, a large doll’s head, and a few other weathered objects…where else but Brunswick?

About Vetti

I love good coffee, street art, tiki bars and kitsch. Adore roller derby and quiffs and vintage Hawaiian shirts. Enjoy a slice of my northside life!

Coburg – where else? They are desperate domestic attempts to scare the birds away – taste triumphs over aesthetics. The plum trees at my house came complete with a can collection. Old CDs are more effective.

Mark Holsworth: Old CD’s are great! I’ve seen many can trees in Coburg, this one looks like it’s been lovingly added to on a regular basis…

  3. I use mini mirrored disco balls. On a related note, a friend of mine has a plum tree that died and in close range esthetically to where she entertains. She invited me to dinner and informed me that instead of chopping it down, she wants to paint it blue. I think I’m having a positive effect on her

Pasadena: Disco balls are a great idea! I’m loving the idea of painted trees – they look great hung with lanterns too.
