atomic artifacts

This emporium is one of my favourite new places – especially as it is attached to The Soda Tree, the most beautiful 1950s Australian cafe fitout EVER. Find them both at 966-70 Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, Montrose. Swing by for a milkshake/ lime spider, and a delightful shopping experience.

About Vetti

I love good coffee, street art, tiki bars and kitsch. Adore roller derby and quiffs and vintage Hawaiian shirts. Enjoy a slice of my northside life!

I drive by that place every week or so but have never dropped in. I think it’s time I do.

    Nice glasses by the way.

  2. jonathan: hello and thank you!! yes, you really should – haven’t tried the cafe yet, but will very soon. the food looks great and coffee is apparently awesome.

popped in yesterday. didn’t have coffee šŸ˜¦
the food was good – particularly the sandwiches (the Rafferty was amazing, according to Kymbo)

  4. gizo: oh dear – what do you think our chances are of getting together there before C’mas? Did the Rafferty come with chips?
