breakfast bonanza

Despite last night’s huge chicken parma (thank you Northcote Social Club), I am super hungry this morning. Seems appropriate to show these pics from Betty Crocker’s Good And Easy book.

I’m liking the tabletop pikelet cooking, but not so sure about the bacon strips. The secret is to cook them in your waffle iron…

This book has heaps of sweet illustrations, and loads of breakfast ideas. If you need ways to add zing to the family diet, buy this book. Don’t forget to glamorize the orange juice (try an orange slice, strawberry or mint sprig) – its’ your special touch that makes breakfast a four star experience. And, of course, your ability to make the perfect coffee – hints are given for dripolator, percolator, vacuum and pot.

About Vetti

I love good coffee, street art, tiki bars and kitsch. Adore roller derby and quiffs and vintage Hawaiian shirts. Enjoy a slice of my northside life!
